We are working on adding it to the I1000-DCX, but it might be a little while. It is, however, supported on Trinity at the moment.

Post by azizan_messi »

Hi, I bought the Intune back in 2012, I used it on the Tahoe 2011, but now I own a Cadillac CTS Coupe 2013 and wondering when will there be releases to tune the car.

Thank you

Unable to update my intune

Post by SuperGrover »

I just recieved my intune in the mail yesterday. I bought a refurbished one. When I plug it in nothin pops ups and there is no file to manually open. Is it possible that the problem is my usb cord? It didnt come with one so I am using a charging usb that fit. Do I need a disk or something that I am missing? Sorry for the newbie questions

Latest update, still cant tune my 07 Hemi Pursuit charger

Post by glowryder »

I picked up my I1000, after being told by Diablosport Support that it would work for my 07 Dodge Charger 5.7 Pursuit. Update the I1000, and it communicates, I can see the VIN in vehicle info, but when I try to write a tune, it tells me its not supported....
Spits out my VIN and says it needs an update..

also:
When I looked at the Veh Info, it says "locked" 1/1??? whats that mean?

firmware: 1r03m

What gives.....?

try a different usb cord, if the drives are not showing up but the tool is powering up, there's definitely a cable issue.

Getting frustrated.

Post by baker11 »

I was unable to download the software for my intune onto my laptop using the supplied cable, so I tried my computer at work, it pulled up the file folder but there was no run.exe file. What do I need to do? Also my airbag light keeps coming on. I love the added performance of my intune, but not the added frustration can somebody please help me out? :x

You were right Garrett! It was the cord. A little frustrating because none of the techs we spoke to had mentioned that over the phone, even when we asked. But easy fix anyway. Got a new cord and it loaded and updated with no issues. Thanks a lot!

I will be purchasing a used Unmarried DCX 1000 tomorrow for my 2012 Dodge Ram 5.7. I will validate it that it is unmarried; once I get it to my computer how do I register the device and update for the truck. I registered on the site today but want to make sure that I know what to do once I plug it in USB. Thanks in advance.

So after reading here I take it the 2013 jeep jk is not currently supported. I will take this back and get the Trinity unless an update is coming shortly.

what's the ETA?
