thx

try a different usb cord, if the drives are not showing up but the tool is powering up, there's definitely a cable issue.SuperGrover wrote:I just recieved my intune in the mail yesterday. I bought a refurbished one. When I plug it in nothin pops ups and there is no file to manually open. Is it possible that the problem is my usb cord? It didnt come with one so I am using a charging usb that fit. Do I need a disk or something that I am missing? Sorry for the newbie questions

You were right Garrett! It was the cord. A little frustrating because none of the techs we spoke to had mentioned that over the phone, even when we asked. But easy fix anyway. Got a new cord and it loaded and updated with no issues. Thanks a lot!garrett wrote:try a different usb cord, if the drives are not showing up but the tool is powering up, there's definitely a cable issue.SuperGrover wrote:I just recieved my intune in the mail yesterday.
