Intune Saying it's not registered
Iv been having a problem with the intune i got awhile Back. I tried updating it recently and it says I need to register the device when I think I already did. In the tool info it says that is not registered Iv attached the Info file PLEASE HELP!

We have no record of that registration request ever coming through. Is the email address that you use for the Forum here the same email that you used to register? What happens when you follow the prompts to register the device again?

Okay so I just went back to the product registration page and tried it again I uploaded my Info file like it ask put my name in and everything else it asked submitted it and it says part number required and there isn't a place where i can pick a part number.

I also want the add the autoplay program whon't work on my intune. Iv tried it on 4 computers as of now and it keeps saying that the cd is corrupted and is not formatted and what not. It does this on each computer and fails to run the cd drive . I tried installing the cd drive iv found on here that should fix the cd auto updater but won't allow me because it says it's not registered and what not so it's an on going circle. Not trying to bug just trying to give as much information as possible on this so I can get it fixed.
