93 Canned tune Trinity

For a 2013 Auto RT with CAI , using the canned Diablo 93 tune with MDS off, 20% Throttle boost, shift firmness , etc. Is there any need to add WOT fuel ? Location South Florida always using 93 octane. Just getting confused when everyone adds fuel for WOT. Not doing any track stuff just need as quick as possible acceleration on the street.

That really depends. Are you getting ST or LT knock at WOT? If so then add 5% to that range and see what happens.

Don't hear any knock and probably wont do any logging. Getting ready to Re-Tune tonight since I had to go back to stock for dealer visit yesterday.

You can definitely have knock and not hear it, in fact if you heard it that would be bad. Problem here is that if it is getting STKR or LTKR, i.e. it is pulling timing for knock, then you are LOSING performance.

Bottom line, you should do some logging, you have the tool to do it.

I would throw on 5% fuel for the CAI.

Mikel, when my tuner comes in Monday and I begen the install, what percentage of timing and fuel would you suggest for my applications, Vararam intake, BBk headers, 180 stat, and Borla exhaust, I will be reinstalling my stock 80mm throttle body.
