Throttle/Transmision unresponsive 13 SRT Charger

Where did you submit a "ticket"? i would suggest calling us with the tool powered up in the vehicle.

I sent it from the main page under support then technical support. I am not having issues getting it to tune just that there is no response from the throttle. I have better throttle response from the stock tune and the transmission reacts better to the stock tune. I shouldn't have to put 75 percent throttle to get it to downshift, right?

are you saying your throttle is unresponsive when driving around normally with the tune installed?
You load the tune, and the throttle does not work?

No, the throttle works but it does not have the response that it does with the stock tune and the transmission will not downshift like it does with the stock tune. Ive used the 93 and 91 with adjustments and they way they come canned but no luck

I did that as well. my main concern is the lack of transmission response. For instatance, i was driving down the road and it was raining i went to pass someone and it would not downshift so i gave it more and more throttle then at about 75% throttle it downshifted and got way to much power and i almost spun out. kinda dangerous. i know its not supposed to affect the tranny at all but maybe its calculating vehicle load wrong?

no, its due to the throttle boost likely.

post the last tune written and I;'ll set it all back to stock and you can see if that makes it feel better.

That did work but a little bummed about no throttle boost, any way, Thanks for the support! I feels awesome now! Is there anyone you suggest for a custom tune for my cai and catback? I also have an 87mm throttle body on the way!
