LB7 fuel mileage issue

Still, not a big increase. Changed my fuel filter and as I said all 8 injectors replaced 1 1/2 years ago.

I'm running almost identical truck except 03 3500. Injectors replaced ~ 8000 miles ago with .40 overs. I'm running 120 tune and if I keep my foot out of it I usually get ~ 22mpg. The only time I see 14.5 mpg is if I am towing. You getting any smoke out the tail pipe?

Nope, what other add ons do you have? I would really like to get at least 20 mpg, I would be happy, if not, im uninstalling the program and running stock program. I dont need the extra power.
