Got it to work took a awhile. Customer has to get back to San Diego so I'm kinda stressed for time. As for the dataviewer runtime exe, I get that error alot. Sometimes I have to do the three finger salute and remove it manually from tasks and start it up again. I'll post a screenie of the view info.
"runtime.txt" - I'm not talking about runtime errors, I am talking about a log file that the DataViewer creates each time it executes. When you see the symptom of not getting the PIDs, close the DataViewer and email me that file.
If I were you I would go back to using the minimal PID list, since most of the problems you are seeing are with querying the PID supported list.
And the vehicle info I keep asking for would be good to see, too. Until you get me these items there is nothing I can do to try and fix the problems you are seeing.

We have a Hemi Magnum here that is owned by an employee. Plus a half dozen DCX ECUs on test benches. You are the only person to report this particular problem, and we have never seen it in-house. Honestly, if you can't be bothered to send me an email with a file attached to it then I cannot believe it is that big of an issue for you.
