Tune Freezing

When i plug my diablo intune into the car or the computer the red line gets about 90% then just stops. my car is still stuck in the lowest settings since i set everything for gas mileage to go to indiana from texas. My computer wont even read the device so i cant update anything. Do i need to send this in and pay the 100 or is there an easy fix?

Did you just purchase the tool? If so, the best suggestion would be to exchange with the dealer you purchased from, if within the 30 day guarantee. If not, please fill out the return authorization form on our site, under the support tab.
