2003 Duramax w/7180... CODES

I programmed my 2003 2500HD Duramax (34k mi) with the 7180. I added an S&B CAI and MBRP 4" turbo back. Should be a standard setup according to most users, but the following DTC codes are being thrown:

P1637 - Generator L-Terminal
P1172 - Fuel Pump
P2066 - Fuel
P2067 - Fuel
P2068 - Fuel
P0380 - Glowplug malfunction.

I used the 7180 to reset to the factory settings and codes are gone.
Are these codes a result of the TOW tune that I installed?? If so, is there a patch available to fix this issue?

It almost sounds like these codes would be related to a dirty fuel filter, except for the glowplug codes.
I will have our tuners look into this for you.
