Re. the intake. Are you saying that those readings are what's expected under those conditions?
With the regards to the tune, what's in the car just now is your 85mm maf 91 oct (suitable for most aftermarket cai's). The readings previously posted were taken whilst that tune is in the car.
Would you like me to send you that file?
I got custom tunes from Doug at C&L a while back and they just choke the car and make it virtually undriveable.

Ok. Grabbed "last file written" from Predator and it says FBHR184_custom.frg

The one currently in the car is one of your canned tunes and not the custom one of our Doug at C&L.

You can see what you make of it.

I've had the alternator checked and all is good.
I'm now looking at the ECU/PCM.
I take it you guys can't send me the original Ford stock tune?
Anyways,the file posted previously,does it offer any clues?

In the tune you posted P0605 is off so then you don't have that tune loaded. Which tune is loaded? Go to options -> troubleshooting -> show last tune written.
