car wont start after I tried to put it back to original state push the button and lights go on but wont start it says does not recognize vin please unplug and plug back in I tried that 3 times and nothing what do I do?

Where are you seeing a password? Plug into the vehicle and try again, if its not working, give us a call from the vehicle.

Hello guys I have a big big issue with my 300c srt8

I just bought a used predator in eBay and got it to mexico city and then tried to installed in my car and with the 93 tune octane and it said "these tool is not licensed for use with this vehicle" so then i browsed the predator and I think I erased and put it to factory settings. And then tried to install again the 93 tune and then it said that there is no communication with the ecu and it said unplug and plug again and nothing happens, but the worts is that now my car won't start the engine. Do i have to buy a new ecu ?????? Please sey no.

Aparently now the predator is not married with any car

It's a nightmare please please help me because in Mexico City nobody noes what to do.

that first message - "not licensed for this vehicle" - means that the predator was still locked to the other persons car that you bought it from... they never unlocked/reset the predator by restoring the original backup stock tune to their vehicle... so basically, you got screwed.. you should have stopped there and waited to call diablo tech support...

so then what you did is you restored his factory original backup to your car with it? that's why your car is dead now - it has wrong tune/calibration in it... shouldn't have done that...

you can't do anything at this point.. you will need to call diablo tech support Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm eastern time...

and since you bought a used tool, there is no warranty, so it will probably cost you some more $$$ now to have diablosport fix it...
