inTune I-1000-DCX has been updated to add support for 2013 Ram HEMI, 2013 JK, 2013 HEMI Charger/Chally/300 (3.6/5.7/6.4), 2013 Cherokee (3.6/5.7/6.4) and 2013 Durango (3.6/5.7).

How do I update my DCX? Where's the updated file located? (I'm running a Mac)

I'd like to buy the I-1000DCX for my 13 Ram 1500 Hemi.

On the website, it states it has the 87, 91, and 93 (Diablo) tune. Does the (Diablo) after the 93 tune make it different any way? I just want to make sure it is one of the canned tunes that comes with the programmer.

Diablo tune is the 93 octane tune.

If you are using a mac, head to the downloads page on our site and click intune. If you have a pc just plug it in and itll download automatically

This instruction is not helpful for Mac users, as it just leads me back to a forum topic that doesn't contain the current downloads....

I've found the sticky post, and tried several times yesterday and today to drag & drop the file into my InTune folder, however it has not updated the unit. Any idea how to resolve this? (And no, plugging into a PC is not an available option). Thx

is the file still sitting on the intune drive? Did you ever see the tool say Preparing/Writing?

File is still in the InTune drive, after multiple times ejecting the device. No, there was never any message stating that the device was preparing/writing.

delete the file, then reload it and try again.

Tried that, and no effect. Is this a tool registration issue? I'm attaching my info.xml file, just in case.

Doesnt look to be related to the registration. Unplug and replug back into the computer, it still hasnt taken the files. What exactly do you have loaded into the file? Post a picture of intune drive contents.

The logs and tunes folders are empty.
