What should my settings be at for a CAI, 75MM TB/Plenum, UDP, Flowmaster mufflers, and 100 wet shot?

With the Nitrous you are much better off taking the car to one of our CMR dealers or to a dyno that has a wide band o2 sensor to properly dial in your tune. Because every combination is different we can't just give you a generic set of settings that will work with your combination.
