Trinity Freezing up.... Help please

Ready to smash the tuner!!!!
No help at all with restoring gauges so I am trying to make my own..... I can only input one new gauge and you better not go further than that or it freezes.... After getting/making one or two changes I have to save and overwrite. Unplug the plug let it reset and go at it again. It this a broken or bum unit? Apparently I am the only one with issues because no one else has a fix. I tried reload the update... No luck.
Been on the phone long distance 2x.... Past my 30 days or I would return it to store. Getting very frustrated.

I have a 2012 Jeep srt8 and my trinity freezes up as well. My pre loaded _tuner log erased all by itself. When I try to record a log it records fine and I can watch the log like normal but when I try to save the log it freezes and stays like that till I unplug it. Im on version c as well. I have not had a problem with it till I updated to version 1r10b and now c as well. Only way to get the tuner page back is to switch years on the vehicle type. Used up 2012 and 2013 already now I don't know what to do and am assuming there is bigger problem

OK, anything? Getting very annoying. Can't log or do anything. I have to unplug and plug back in. As soon as i touch the screen (gauges pages) the tool locks up. Screen freezes. I wasted 3 runs of logging to have it locked out on me!!! Anyway to restore thing to a old crom? I am past the return date by 4 days from where it was purchased online.... I live no where near to return in person. No idea what is wrong but sure a shit do not want to screw up the car.

Want a new unit, afraid of it bricking pcm. Already has called Mike M and he walked through a forced calibration..

No, we removed it as it was locking up....its not too difficult to make new ones though if you have 5-10 minutes...

Tried erasing that.... no good. Still doing same thing. Big help from tech support. I was emailed to try erase Injector PW pid, I email back saying that it didn't work. Then got 2nd email saying that it is likely another PID that is causing it!!!!! COOL what one? i guess best bet is to erase all and just put in the RPM.......

it would be simpler to just make a new one with the PIDs you want...
