inTune freezing whilst restoring factory settings

My Jeep goes into the dealership for PCM update. However every time I try and restore factory settings is freezes on restoring tire size (0%).

Can anyone help as it goes into the shop in the morning!!!!!

I have same problem 2005 jeep grand cherokee 5.7l, freezes when trying to restore factory settings, gets stuck at tire settings. Any help would be great thanks

can you restore tire size in the QA menu by itself first?

yes i can store tire size in tire adjustments and say succesful, still freezes when trying to restore factory settings

Having the same issue with an 05. Trying to restore to factory settings and its just been sitting at 0% trying to restore the tire size for 20 minutes
