nevermind just move with urgency on an ABS light fix that I got within
30 minutes of trinity ownership

2 days of driving my $45k truck with my $600 trinity
with an ABS light staring me in the face is miserable and unacceptable
i didnt sign up for a free beta i paid big $$ for this thing

I with you Truma. I called there tech support for some help. The guy was nice and helpful but I still have the ABS problem and the tunes give me worse performance than factory. At this point I wouldn't mind an ABS fix, return to true factory settings and a refund on the Trinity.

did you open a trouble ticket and get a reference # or anything?
So we can track it and see what if any progress is made and when?

Just so everyone is aware, this is a super simple fix for any dealer. If you are not confident driving with that light on, please take it to a dealer, tell them you went through a puddle and the light came on...

not being a d!ck when I say I didn't buy a flash programmer to waste more time
and $$ and grief at the dealer...I want confidence in my trinity :)

plus every story i read the dealer wanted $$ and I dont want to add any undesired attention to myself
or my vehicle...that has alot of warranty life left

please help resolve soon - many enthusiasts waiting for my trinity review on the multiple mopar/dodge car clubs & forums I belong to...I really do want to say nice things

[quote="mikel"]understood, we're on it

in the meantime, 2 new concerns:

1- so what would cause my truck to feel like its going to stall, almost lose
all power, like dead weight and at the same time cause a pulsating in the brake pedal
that feels like I tripped the traction control or abs brakes?

happens all the time but only happens going into
and coming out of a turn or jughandle that i drift through or give light
throttle..

Running the 93 octane tune and recently added/upped the throttled upshifts (across the board)
throttle booster, and 5% fuel (ATB) as well as slightly raised shift points (ATB)

then i tried that same turns with traction control button toggled off
but it still happened on some of the turns so I doubt its TCS kicking on..?

2- also, after changing tire size to 22" my speedo is definitely wayyy off.
i can tell im doing 70-80mph but the speedo is showing 55-65mph, give or take

I didnt set the exact size just set 22" - will it make a difference / fix if i put in the entire/ exact
size parameters?

I don't have a R/T but do have an ABS light on. I took it to the dealer and they cant reset it either. they said they have in a request to tech support to get programs. so not an easy fix for them...

Does anyone know how to set up the shift points for a 2011 5.7 AWD Durango? I am running the Diablo tune with +20% throttle boost with rev limiter maxed in neutral and in drive (+600 RPMs). I don't know what are appropriate settings for adding fuel or adjusting spark. Please advise...I have gone through 6 pages of threads and have found NOTHING useful from any DiabloSport techs or users.

Only mechanical modification at this point is a K&N air intake kit. Will be ordering a ported 87mm throttle body and flowmaster american thunder cat back next month.

over a month later still no ABS fix? not even a progress update ?

close? any resources even dedicated to this at all?

I had to dial back pretty much every setting I had bumped up and
she drives nice (sucks that trial & error is my only real option but fine took care of
that myself) but the ABS light is not something I can fix and
I really want Diablo to step up here and be more aggressive
on a fix.

This is getting very disturbing now that not only was this easily avoidable
with a few more minutes of QA / testing before releasing 2013 support, and/ or a warning thread or email
the second it was known/ reported instead of pretending it dont exist

all someone had to do was just adjust tire size on a '13 durango or jeep,
during testing...and pull that option if you HAD to still release this thing

but worse is this is taking so long and seems to
be something nobody is really treating with any urgency or seriousness

I have a brand new truck that has an abs light that wont go away
and i have aftermarket wheels and brembo brakes that Im sure
the dealer will want to blame when i go there in a couple weeks for service
not to mention im sure they'll poke around my ECU and who knows what they'll
find

c'mon now lets see some better customer service here

New vehicle? still under warranty, like Mike said - take to dealer, tell them 'went thru puddle, abs light came on, fix please', gets done under warranty.

With factory reset, wait for DiabloSport to make changes and fix your tune. You spent alot of $$ on your Trinity - if they say they are working on it, that means they really are!
In the meantime, make sure one of your many aftermarket adds is not causing any other technical issues.

Once this is ironed out, start with a tune that comes with the Trinity. Don't change a bunch of options right away... start with one tune, make sure it takes well and your truck likes it, THEN tweak on it.
I am interested in seeing how this progresses... :lamer:

at the dealer now...of course their tools can see the 22" tire/wheel size set in
the ECU - even though I flashed my original stock backup before coming here.
So there IS evidence that I tampered with the ECU.
They arent dumb enuff to think the truck figured out
I had 22's all by itself

they are trying to flash-fix it now
they have me some grief about my SRT8 Jeep brembo brakes and wheels and
like I said they would - luckily the brakes are mopar oem brembos that i installed
on my DD so they arent being that hard on me -
but I'm sure this isnt the end of the discussion, I bet they want to know how the
truck knows I have 22's !

still, its sad I had to go to the dealer for a fix for this, and not
one update from diablo in months -

if you cant support something or test it properly dont sell it
especially not for that price. Worse, post a sticky or make an update available
that warns or blocks access to broken features instead of staying
quiet and hoping it doesnt impact sales. A simple warning thread sticky or trinity
update keeping me from causing this was all that was needed - or a quick painless fix

I still dont see either one if these 3 options months later, and thats not acceptable

dealer could NOT fix the abs light
they know tire size was modified and
when they try to clear code it comes right back

they want "the guy who changes tire size to
change it back to oem" then they can clear the code

that would be DIABLOSPORT

they might try again for me in future to change tire size to oem
using their tools but cant for weeks until they have
more flexibility and time

have you updated the tool recently? You can set the tire size back to the factory tire size, using the tool.
