Which yields better milage?

I now have a 2011 Ram 1500 with the HEMI... Dodge/ram suggests the use of 89 octane for the Hemi midgrade gas... My favorite gas stations mid grade gas is 91 octane so thats all I use... I currently have my truck tuned with the mileage booster tune.. so my question is would i see better results with the 91 octane tune or the milage tune?

you'll see better performance with the 91 tune, better mileage with the PPG tune, but its not a 'performance' tune.
