Data logging locks up T-1000

I just bought my t-1k a couple of weeks ago. I cannot do any data logging with it. Anytime i go to the data logging section after a given amount of time the Trinity locks up and i have to reboot it. Happens every time. What's the problem with it?

2013 Dodge Challenger. Tool is on latest update. I have the 93 octane tune loaded on it right now.
