Intune freezes on the page turn ignition to off

I just got the Intune DCX for my 2012 charger and it says that there is a calibration update is ready to install. I follow all of the prompts and the calibration is complete. It then tells me to Please turn ignition key off which i do and it gives me a green check mark but then it seems to freeze on that page what do i do?

Please give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle. We will need to do a reset and force calibration update.
