New Intune not being recognized and stuck on screen w/red ba

Hello.
I just purchased a new intune for my 2010 challenger se and the intune is stuck on the the first intial screen with the red bar at the bottom. Ive connected the intune to my pc and it just doesnt see the intune at all. The screen stays stuck with the red bard and sometimes it goes into reboot with the red bar until I disconnect the usb. Its also doing the same when I plug it into my chally. What may seem to be the problem? I was excited to use the tuner and now I cant even get this tuber to update or be recognized on my pc. Please help.

Got it fixed. It was an old tool and got a replacement
