So I ordered the power ruck for my cummins, hooked it up correctly, and it ran great for a month. I get off work, go out and start my truck and it stumbled, then stalled at idle. Check Engine Light came on. Unhooked the puck, truck started and idled/drove like normal, minus the added power of the puck. Got the code pulled. Computer not able to communicate w/ injection pump, oil pressure. I'm guessing the oil pressure is from when the engine was stumbling really hard and died. Injection pump code has to be the puck. Since I disconnected the puck and cleared the code, the CEL has not come back on, and the truck runs like normal. Truck has 120,000 mile on it, doesn;t tow anything and gets babied alot.
What gives? Loved the added power and black smoke, don't love the whole my-truck-won't-run thing. Any ideas? The puck was on the truck for 1 month tops.
Tahnks in advance.
