2011 ram deleted custom tune help! Please

Okay I was modifying some parameters in the custom tune and it deleted it! I was able to do the original backup. Nothing happened all my gauges didn't work and the headlights and so forth. I unplugged the battery and waited a while. Reconnected battery and all issues were gone. Drove the truck with trinity unplugged and all seemed fine. However I noticed the truck felt different like all the parameters have been set back to their default settings. If I plug the trinity back in its probably going to happen again right? I have to drive 1500km coming up in a couple of days and I don't want to hurt my truck. I have arh long tubes, flow master, vararam cai, 87mm tb,trinity. If anyone has some advice that would be great. The tuning shop I use is closed for a few days. Thank you in advance. Also if the parameters have been set back to default, if I try to write a tune I'll probably get an engine light?

when you restore the backup, it erases any cuastom tunes, reload it and you'll be fine.
