2013 RAM Issues

This is kind of tough for me to describe, but here we go. After installing any tune from the intune, the truck seems to shift strangely. Almost like a brief hesitation between gears at normal pedal pressure. When I floor it, it shifts fine. Also, if I accelerate hard, and gradually let of the throttle, it feels like it misfires once or twice. What say you???
