server error

server error
every time I try to get the current calibration file to go along with r19 it says server error. What do I to correct this?

Make sure there is nothing plugged in to the PC on a different COM port, or any bluetooth devices are disconnected.

I also get a server error message when trying to do the calibration update for r8-19. Calibration ID 05094961AF '08 RT AWD
