I just got a new Intune I-1000 for my truck. I updated it, registered it and plug it into my truck to set a tune and at the end of the Original Backup screen, I keep getting an error code that reads: "Failed to read TCM Original Backup, Error Code = -2".
I have ensured the tool is up to date with the latest version (1r03t).
I have included my info file as well.
