2013 Jeep Wrangler error programming

Hello,

Having an issue writing a custom tune to a '13 Jeep Wrangler.

We had a custom tune working on the vehicle, their was an issue with the tune, so a new tune was written. When trying to send the new tune to it, I am coming up with a "Unable to write 1024 bytes" on the screen of the unit. The computer screen stops uploading the tune and says program not responding, on the installation box.

When you his continue on the unit, it goes back under remote control, computer says tune upload failed, when you click it, unit goes back to standard screen, and tool goes back to the load screen.

Any ideas?

I also have an inquiry into the Ripp Mods who wrote the custom tune.

export as new backup and send it to them to make a new tune, and get rid of the first backup from your PC...

I got an email from them last night about this, and advised them of the same fix.

I'm having the same problem with my 2013 jeep and a supercharger. Very frustrating at this point since I thought going back to stock would work somehow and now I cant get the tuner to upload the first tune sent to me without displaying the same message. I now have a very, very expensive paper weight sitting in the driveway. I'm in the process of doing what was mentioned lets hope this works.

I have a 2012 JK Rubicon Auto-Trans with a RIPP supercharger and I am not experiencing any problems or miss-fires with their new Ripp36_2.0.drg tune. However, I do get an occasional false code P113, and the automatic headlight setting doesn't work with the tune installed. I know RIPP is working fixing the P113 codes and the auto headlight issue is caused by Diablosport. I have not heard anything from Diablosport regarding a fix.
