We were hoping to have it today, but it looks like early next week.

Thanks

anyone who has rthis issue, please load this file to your intune, and let it reboot, then go to the truck and try to tune it again.

it will likely fail the same way, but this time it will create a trace of the failure.

After it fails, go to the pc, plug the tool in, and post the contents of the folder on the intune drive called 'runtime' in this thread and we'll be able to fix this for sure.

Thanks

I tried it a couple times in case of different values. FYI I had to rename the files from .dbg to xml in order to attach them

Help Guys Please - I will get you the info ASAP.

My OBD2 port is not working, along with my USB port on the radio & in my center console.

Can anyone tell my what fuse or fuses I need to replace on a 2012 Jeep SRT?

Thanks!

Please email those files, in the correct format, to Vas. Thanks.

I realize I started this thread and it seems for good reason, but I have not had the chance to try the code again. I will try today but I am not sure I can get to it within the next two weeks. I'm hoping that with the others files this can get resolved. I almost wish I just did not upgrade the unit at all. Seeing as this is a more widespread problem I'd hope the team can get it fixed ASAP.

Is this part of a new standard update now to resolve the issues?

This thread has over 300 views so why has it not been fixed yet?

I agree what is going on and why is this taking so long to fix?

If you're not going to fix this - then you will need to quit selling the device as it would be false advertisement!

Then you will need to reimburse all of us who spent $500 on this piece of junk.

Sorry to be so upset but this is uncalled for by any company any size. Really need to get on top of your game and quit all the messing around.

Yeah tell me about it. Was working fine until an update by Diablo to the unit now it's un-usable. The lack of information on a fix is getting downright annoying. :crashing:
