trouble loading my old software and a new laptop

i am trying to get back into tuning, i have my old software that is about 10 years old. my old laptop i use to use is dead, so im on a new one. loaded disk, says the software isnt registered. login in and it says registration successsful, then automatically shuts down. open up revolution icon and i cant get into anything......help!
seems like its very difficult to get ahold of someone at diablo.........

We haven't sent discs out in years, im guessing you have super old software there, log into the site, download the 47092/4901 updates, and you should be able to register them.
