I own a 2010 jeep grande cherokee srt8, winters here now and i have the mpg tune on . I have a cia headers full catback and i'm just wondering which tune you guys would recommend, or adjustments my fuel consumption has gone up by 2 liters per hundred kms now have studded ice tires as well.
On another note on this tune (mpg booster) it seems like it shifts funny and is kind of starving my engine on idle. Or is it just me.
In short which adjustments or tune would you recommend for winter?
otherwise great tuner thanks for your time.

Re: winters here quick questions
i set it back to cai 91 and fuel dropped back to normal and vehicle seems more responsive maybe just my preference, thanks anyway, this time it wouldn't let me set my tire size etc... any thoughts, ill try to do it through quick adjust.

Re: winters here quick questions
I have a similar question for the same vehicle (2010 Jeep SRT8). I am having CAI, ported/polished manifold, kooks LT headers with catted mid pipes and borla type s cat back, and an FRI little boy cam. What tune would work best with this setup or should I get a custom CMR?
Re: winters here quick questions
You need a CMR. The Kooks will throw a code for the cats. The only Jeep SRT8 headers that don't throw a code are Stainless Works catted, and even thats a crap shoot. The cam will also require raising the idle most likely.10SRT8 wrote:I have a similar question for the same vehicle (2010 Jeep SRT8). i was told when i purchased my jeep that it had headers and magnaflow catback is that maybe why it seems thirsty at idle lol.im not getting any codes though.
Re: winters here quick questions
It may already have the O2s turned off then. Thats gonna be a problem if you have an OBD-2 inspection, because they're gonna show as not being ready.

Do you have anyone you suggest to do a CMR for me? I'm currently in Afghanistan but will be back from deployment in August hopefully. I live near Nashville, TN. I have an InTune as well.
