U7135 6200RPM tune not shifting on Challenger 5.7L RT

Hey how are ya Diablo Sport admins,

I have a U7135 updated to latest FW i have uploaded the 93Octane CAI tune and changed my shifting to Firm and changed my Rev to 6200RPM when i floored it it stayed at 6200 and never shifted into 5gear. My buddy who has same tuner and tunes also has the same issue where it wont shift when at 6200rpm but works and shifts on regular stock shift.
i had to do downgrade for the ECM i believe to have u7135 tune on my 2010 RT 5.7l challenger but dont think that had anything to do with it,
can you help me out with this issue since 2 2010 challenger 5.7l automatic RT owner's with tunes are having the same issue please? i did search around but found similar issue on dodge ram 2012 hemi.

Do you have any suggestions on how much to raise it by

the tool will allow you to raise it in 100 rpm increments,
