can not reinstall factory tune - no ecm found, turn key on

ok here is my problem, i went to go put my stock tune back on my 2012 gmc sierra with a 5.3l, and it comes up with a message after selecting tune vehicle and turning the key on when told to do so...... no ecm fond. turn ignition on....... now the ignition is in the on position with out it starting the truck. iv tried to do a force factory tune install, and all the intune does if freezes up and does nothing, iv even gone so far as to an update. and then retry it and same thing happens. Anyone else have this problem?

I call this morning and have sent in the requested tune file off the intune to [email protected]. Just waiting to hear back through email.

I had some similar problems with the tuner freezing or not recognizing a GM vehicle. Diablo helped troubleshoot with different test files for several weeks. Seems to be working as a temporary fix.

After a couple of emails one with a new ecm tune andanother with a tcm tune, the tuner is working and was able to reinstall factor tune, and then retune with diablo tune
