Says this post was at 3am on sunday.... Do you really expect someone to pick up a phone at that time? Do you think Edge would have been any different?

Im sure if you just purchased it, then you are still within the time to get your refund.

Yeah pretty sure their times are off on this forum. Said you posted at 331 PM and it is not 331 PM yet unless your in some other country. It was mid afternoon on Saturday.

we're here between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm M-F. thats eastern time, as we're on the east coast. what exactly is your issue?

mikel and garret this post was made out of frustration. I am still very frustrated but Vas is working on my issue. Kinda sucks when you try install a tune and it messes up your PCM and your vehicle cant start. If you want to delete the thread go ahead I have been pleased with the support today other than the fact You guys don't offer weekend support. But you win some and lose some.

Ok I am back to believing that Diablo is junk. Got my PCM back today was told I am ok to tune that everything was fixed and guess what installed the PCM and went to tune and same problem now without a vehicle again until diablo can get their heads out if their asses and get my shit fixed without having to send my PCM back to them every other day

There really isn't any purpose in posting this, but I just figured I'd chime in and say that I've called them 3 times and always got a hold of someone. Was on hold for a few min but.....

Hope you get problem fixed :/

I got my Trinity in the mail on a Friday and was unable to contact anyone all weekend due to living on the west coast. I assumed paying $600 for the device meant it was going to work as soon as I plugged it in. To my great disappointment, I've been spending hours and hours of my freetime trying to get it to work, and I've come to the conclusion that it's defective. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THIS THING COSTS IT SHOULDN'T HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS!!!!!!!

Electronics devices NEVER work as soon as you plug them in. I bought a PC last weekend and spent 5 hours updating Windows. Technology moves so fast that you need to expect to have to update anything you buy. You living on the West Coast has nothing to do with anything. They're closed on the weekends. Thats just how it is. You don't work 7 days a week, why should they?

I EXPECT TO HAVE A WORKING PRODUCT! If they want to relax on the weekends and at night after their 9 to 5 jobs, or go Moonlight doing something they actually have a passion for, I don't have a problem. BUT TAKE A LOOK AROUND AT THE FORUMS! These things are far from plug and play devices. THEY NEED 24 HOUR DEVELOPMENT TEAMS! THEY NEED A QUALITY ASSURANCE TEST FOR EACH DEVICE BEFORE IT IS SENT OUT. THEY NEED LOTS OF TECH SUPPORT. OR CHARGE LESS.... The issue my trinity is having isn't in the forums. IT'S PROBABLY JUST DEFECTIVE. BUT who wants to to spend $600 then send it back and pay for shipping with lost time and money. It's a product that habitually doesn't communicate well with the pc windows Software nor other people's cars. So...yeah..more tech support.

Better question is, which vendor did you buy from? Was it a ipod-style connector and gooseneck mount? Because that's the real old one. Or was it the molex-style connector? Because that's the newer one. Better yet, was your car just released for support? Vendor prob had this sitting collecting dust for many months so you got a new unit, but old stock, before it was even supported. So you need to do an update like said above. If you're new to Diablosport, you prob didn't know that. But a decent vendor asks questions. Some may not update them before they are shipped or the buyer may get pissy it's not "brand new" anymore. But I'm willing to bet they don't update it out of sheer laziness/inconvenience. Just an observation.

telling us what the issue is would help get it resoplved much quicker than complaining about us not being here.

I saw your post on Sunday morning, but you didnt say what the issue was, so i didn't have any advice to offer...

this is a support forum, not a complaint forum, it works better when used that way :)
