Cmr wont open

I have gotten a new laptop old one crapped out on me . I need help getting the new one working with my cmr software.

what happens when you try to launch it?

It says This copy of CMR is not registered
we are now going to attempt to log into the diablosport website and validate this copy of the software
if the web validation fails please contact diablosport .

i click ok and use my log in info and it say it has verified please close cmr and reopen it to use and i click ok and when the software reopens it does the some thing over again.

Getting the same issue here as well...never registered any laptops...1st one we used did this loop...

And the windows 8 laptop wont run it...regardless of compatibility mode...so looks like a downgrade on that one...

Please reset asap...or whatever you gotta do...
