Gauge Defaults seem to be gone..
1st off thanks to Mike M. from Diablosport, you got me up and running!!
I messed up the trinity by doing god knows what trying to get the gauge pages back. Trinity is now functioning just missing the pages of the sample tuning gauges that use to be there.
I have one custom page it is still there. I tried to a gauge default restore... no luck. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. I get to page 5 and it locks up and have to unplug and when I try to edit the 07-up tuner or hemi gauge layout it locks up when I hit edit. And I don't have all the PIDs that my tuner asked for. Like charge temp ACT F and vehicle speed and accelerator position. Did you ever get a fix? I'm gonna start my own thread but have to wait until I go to work tonight a 11 pm because my laptop in down and my work computer has all my stuff on it. Wonder what up with the page 5 thing? I even tried putting fewer gauges on each page and would still lock up on page 5.

I have made my own that consists of 4 useless gauges, I can't use the gauges that my tuner requested. I made a number of emails and requests for help and have got no where. Also I am unable to reset the TCM, but since they don't have a fix for that they deem that being useless. At this point I am happy that it hasn't bricked my car again. Money back looks like the best solution, too bad I am just past my 30 days. Not impressed. My plug is nearly f'ed up from unplugging it from the damn thing freezing. Instead of them releasing new 2014 model crap they should be fixing the problems they have. Nearly 60,000 here for my car, coming close to tossing the tuner in the trash. Lesson learned...

Great Help, To stop it from freezing don't use gauges.... it is "a gauge that is causing it...." "find the gauge that is the culprit and delete it" no wait.... just don't scroll through gauge pages at all, that ought to fix it.

The issue you are seeing is not something that can just be fixed by complaining about it. I have a 14 Charger in the shop, and it does not exhibit this.
We have 1000s and 1000s of Trinitys in the field, and 2 people here on the forum complaining of this issue...
You make it act like the tool is flat out useless due to this lockup.
If you made the layout, how could WE know what PIDs are there, or advise you as to which PID to remove to fix it?
If you are seeing the issue ion a specific page, common sense would tell me to start with a PID on that page, but what do I know?
Have you tried restoring the default layouts in the logging menu?

Mike, it is your default gauge layouts that were preloaded... There are 2 to choose from. 07 up Hemi and 07 and up tuner. i was hoping i had a faulty unit so i got a second one...I have made my own and they freeze up as well. Johan made me a tune, 12 tries of logging to get him one log. My end gets very frustrating after doing a run for a log for him to find it did not record because the display froze up. (when you go to save it screen is froze) He told me which PIDS to put in that were required so one of those is no good as well.

both my preloaded gauge layouts have erased themselves also, multiple times. I would change the year of the vehicle to get the gauge layouts back and they will eventually erase themselves again. Have only had this issue after updating to 1r10c from my 1r9i crom. have logged a lot since getting my '12 and like I said have never had an issue till I updated to 1r10c

2014 Ram Hemi,,, only when im browsing does my tuner also freeze and have to be unplug,,, I was able to log for sean at hemifever and am able to use a 1 guage set up,,, I tried some of the default ones and they work too but if im playing with the tuner in any menu at any given point it will freeze,,, so as I haven't played with it in a while its has been ok. Also when I tune my truck and whatever options I have to do to tune nothing freezes,,,, maybe software glitch?,,, I am confident if something is wrong that diablo will eventully figure it out,,, well I hope so too because I really want to keep mine,,, the 93 hemifever is the only tune worth running other then stock IMO
