Never received e-mail with Registration Code

Just finished all updates, filled out registration and never received code, checked all e-mail folders sn j2bn256-4. please advise.

I haven't received a code neither whats needed to complete registration

all registrations have been activated. plug your tool in to update, then head out to the vehicle to tune.
