Vehilce not supported??

I have a 2010 Camaro SS with the Intune tuner, I have had this tuner and tune installed for roughly one year now but today I plugged in to the car and I get "vehicle not supported, contact diablo"

This happens under the write vehicle tab, the restore vehicle tab, and the adjustments tab.

If I look in the tool info tab, it has my vin number and I says locked and one licence.

also no backup found for my car.

Can someone please help, is this a major problem?
