Lost - Help

I get to here:


And this screen comes up:


"logs" and "runtime" are empty folders.
When I click "tunes," I get to here:

I can't seem to open any of that. Or anything else related to the inTune that makes any sense.

Handheld unit looks like this:


If I touch any button on the touch screen, it goes to this:

The three main buttons are gone. The back button is grayed out. The ? button is there but does nothing. Touching the screen anywhere does nothing. It's locked up, done, finished, until I unplug it and start the process over. I end up back here every time.

Am I taking a wrong turn somewhere or do I have an equipment problem?
And what program do I use to open the Backup and LastTuneWritten (GRG files, whatever that is)? Or are they anything I need to open?
Are there other tunes I can find and look at? Where?

I'm using Windows 8 BTW (Still learning my way around 8.)

I'm not sure what I was expecting it to do.
Maybe it's done all it's supposed to?

I know the tech support guys won't be in until tomorrow, but if someone could tell me whether or not what I'm seeing looks normal to them, it'll help.

I probably won't be able to mess with this during business hours tomorrow, so just in case tech support wants to look at something, for whatever reason, I'll include the files.

I guess there is no issue. I thought I was supposed to do something else to it, but I guess it did what it was supposed to do.

When I found the manual, that helped. RTFM
