problem with trinity

hi guys...

i returned my car to original back up then i connected trinity to my laptop to update to the latest version because i want to sell it.
the problem is when i connect the trinity to my friends car and change vehicle/model, it stuck with a black screen or like the video below

my friend has a 2013 charger soper bee 6.4
