Surge when stopped

Noticed this today, multiple times. 07 SRT8, when stopped, there have been several times when the revs would unexpectedly rise and jerk the car against the brakes. Just started when I installed R19, so its definetly related. It only happens when the car is stopped for over a minute, like when you just miss a light.

Any ideas about what can be done to resolve the issue? I'd hate to be sitting at a light barely pressing the brake and have the car surge and hit whatevers in front of me.

my 07 daytona has done that since new, I thought it was just a Chrysler thing,since both of my ;pacificas did the same thing.

Try bumping the idle down 50rpms, we raise it in the tunes(always have) to get rid of the lumpy idle.
