ZeroC, what happened when you called Diablo customer support to reset the tool over the phone? Mine "unfroze" when they reset it with a code they gave over the phone. Long term fix would be a full version firmware update. My temp success: http://diablosport.com/forum/viewtopic. ... 30#p265030

sadly i cannot even restore ...just locks up ...
so i guess i will stick with you guys ...since i don't have much of a choice
