Trinity locked up on snow screen
I updated my trinity with a file that you sent to a Challenger Talk member to eliminate the tool locking up. The file was "trinity_dcx_gas-1t11ae_update.crom" Now as soon as I try to do anything with my Trinity it goes to a "snow" screen and locks up. I tried updating the Trinity again but as soon as the tool tries connecting to the DSDownloader application it does the same thing. Right now my Trinity is completely useless. What should I do?

Re: Trinity locked up on snow screen
I've already downloaded it but I'm unable to install it on my Trinity. It locks up when trying to communicate with the computer.

This is what I get anytime it tries to communicate with my car or computer.

Try this process please:
Press and hold the left circle button and then power up the tool via usb. It should boot to the vehicle selection menu
When the tool is booted connect to dsdownloader and allow it to make sure the tool is all the way up to date, then select your vehicle and it should be OK.
Thanks
