Predator not being recognized by laptop

[SublimeTime]

I have tried both my Predator tuners on two different laptops and neither recognizes the tuner. Correctly powered up, screen shows "Predator" at top then below it perf tune, diag, options, tool info. When plugged into usb the laptop chimes. Still doesn't get recognized. HELP

what version is on the tool?
sounds like the driver for the usb to serial cable needs to be installed.
