Costume tune won't upload.

Using prtdator v.7r12d and when I try any send my tune I get message that says
Tune file........is identical to the original backup? Why do I get this? Car is 03 cobra

1. uncheck compressed send.
2. click send tune file
3. pick the custom tune.

done.
