hi,my intune not take the update and now it impossible to tune the car or update the device.the car or suppose to be not tuned...my car is gt500 2012...thank in advance for your help...and sorry my poor English...Benoit.....info /

the tool is married to a vehicle, are you sure it did not tune the car?

thank for the fast reply....I try last night to retune the car and at the end the intune told me it not read the sock tune .....what is the best I can make ..and sorry my poor english

I would suggest updating it, but I also think it would help to give us a call with the tool powered up in the car so we can see whats happening.
