Car won't start

2008 300 srt... Tried to tune 91 octane program, trinity said failed.. Tried to install original but NOW it says "can't connect to pcm" and car won't start... Tech help hours are less than idea here in Canada cuz time change and my work schedule ... Just great.. Also if I leave the trinity plugged in it kills battery in no time... Could use help

Uugh .. Tech support says to tow it to dealer for reflash (1hr away) or remove pcm and send it to them... Very disappointing ..

Happened to me I had to send it in on a Monday got it back Thursday and cars running fine. Havent touched the tuner since. There putting crap updates out thats screwing every ones ecus up. What a way for me to spend 500 bucks. What a joke.

I hear ya.. Trinity cost me $700 here in Canada. Now a dealer flash for $200 plus towing to get it there.. Not sure I'll use the tool again either, likely just sell it

Yep. And if diablo is so big they should have a 24 hour service. The miney there making iff these tools they can afford 2 phone reps on nights.

I agree.. Weekends at least, there's a 2hr time difference for me so they open well after I'm gone to work and closed before I get home .. Took today off work so I could get diablo to get my car running but that didn't happen so just another waste of $ cuz of this damn tuner... Pretty unhappy to say the least.. Going back to a superchip!! NEVER!!! had any issues with it unlike the trinity leaving me stranded and adding added costs to this issue

Thats funny, because a SuperChips MicroTuner left my Trans Am dead.

DiabloSport is not a big company. They don't have the resources to have 24 hour support or weekend support. They have to have a manager on site to open and close the building when Support is there, and Mike deserves some time off with his family too.

Well after many different attemps the dodge dealership was also unable to communicate with my cars pcm either.... Ugggghh... So seems the trinity glitch has fried my PCM... $800 to purchase a new one.... Thanks ever so much... Anyone interested in purchasing a less than a year old trinity??? Cuz I sure the f@&k will never use it again

I really wish you had just sent it to us like we offered, we dont live in the world of replacing PCMs for $800, we just make then work again.

dealers are the worst people to take a PCM to, its easier for them to just replace it.
Not only that, but $800 is ridiculous for a $150 PCM....

Yea well your shippers aren't anywhere near me (2hrs to closest one) and I'm sure you guys would have had the same issue.. I watched the dealer tech plug in the PC and all that comes up was unable to connect with pcm, they tried many different ways to get it to communicate but no luck.. I also wasn't prepared to send it to some place that thier product was the cause of the issue to begin with... I ended up using the trinity for skeet shooting practice.. Seemed to worked perfectly for that purpose
I've advised all my gear head friends to stay as far away as possible from these products and just by bolt on performance parts instead..
