Seems to be a reoccuring trend with the Diablosport stuff

Post by jtcmart »

I have been reading the forum for the last few days and have noticed a nasty little trend. I myself have fallen victim to this trend. It seems to me that CUSTOMERS!!! of Diablosport are getting quite frustrated that it takes several months to get out updates for equipment their website claims will work with your vehicle. I know it takes time to construct these updates but if you are going to sell a product you need to hire enough people to satisfy the customers. People are shelling out $350 or more for a box that we can not use. This is a trend that I think the Executive Management of Diablosport needs to look at don't you?

I second that motion.

A little off the subject but I need a house with a garage. Every time I want to work on my truck mother nature decides to take a dump on my plans. Gotta love New England. GO PATRIOTS!!!!!!!

Guys, I hear you loud and clear.
Unfortunately these are not simple updates.
Also, Diablosport inc. is still playing catchup from empty promises that were made by the previous owners (Diablosport LLC).
They were telling people that updates would be ready in 30-60 days and they never even started them.
The new owners are doing everything in their power to bring new updates to the web for all tools that need to be updated, and there are so many update projects going on here that we dont even have time to develop new product right now.

Thanks

I'm sure I would love mine too if they would ever release the new revision for the 07 Mustang (U7145) that they have been saying would be out soon since November. This is crazy, where else do you buy a product they claim will work with your car and then wait 4 months for them to make it work. I am frustrated and if it is not out in the next few days, I will wage war with DiabloSport on every forum that comes up on a Google search for them.

I have had some problems with my DS but I have to agree the customer support, even when they didn't have an answer at hand, is second to NONE. Keep up the good work!
