trinity not working with my 2006 Hemi Ram

I just got my trinity and it has been a paperweight ever since i opened the box. i loaded the software on my laptop and updated the programmer, plugged it into my truck and i guess it married itself to my truck(i have no idea if it did or not). then it said i needed to load the new DCX program to it, did that and then it said PCM was locked and couldnt flash. i hooked it back up to my laptop and updated it again and now when i plug it in to the truck it just starts up and is a black screen. this thing is nothing but a headache and i cant call tech support because im on the west coast and they are closed when i get out of work. i really hope someone on here can help me make this thing work so i know i didnt waste my money. thank you

Have you tried it since, I had a similar issue plugging it into the computer and it started working after a couple tries.

yes i have had it for almost a month now and no progress has been made with it. i really dont know what to do with it and am very frustrated. i just wish i could get some help with this to make me feel like i didnt waste all that money

my truck is a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L hemi. i have downloaded the program for that year and now everytime i select my truck to marry it the trinity freezes up and does nothing at all

When you plug it into the PC, does it update at all? Or can you not do anything on the PC either?

it starts up but will not update or anything. when i first hooked it up i updated it and loaded the DCX program onto the unit but now everytime i choose my truck it freezes and it wont let me go back to the original file on the trinity to update it again. its pretty much useless right now. i need help with this thing, ive had it over a month now and never got it to work in my truck.

when i try to restore to original file it says i need to choose it thru the performance options on the tool but cant do that because everytime i choose my truck it still just opens up to a black screen. im running out of ideas with this thing

i would love to give you a call but im on the west coast and you are always closed by the time i get out of work. i will call as soon as i am able to leave early enough
