Intune froze

Hello,

I plugged my intune to my computer today and it started auto uploading. It did this several times for the same file. after about the 5th time I figured there was something wrong with the file. I just went to my computer and opened up the intune from there. I needed to load a custom tune that my tuner had sent me. when I drag and droped the file to the intune folder it now says "Too many sum dec" any help on getting this issue fixed would be appreciated.
