Failure while resetting back to stock.

I'm trading in my Magnum R/T for an SRT-8 finally and before I drop it off at the dealership and exchange keys I obviously want to unmarry the tuner so I can use it on the new vehicle. I plugged it in last night, started going through the process and all was going well until it reached the point of resetting tire size, auto stick, and shift firmness...I got an error regarding resetting the tire size and then a message saying that it had failed to reset it back to stock so I'm sitting on the car stalling the dealer while I try to remedy this issue, any ideas? Kind of a time sensitive issue.

try going to quick adjust and restoring them first, then restore the backup.
