error during update and stuck on "preparing"

Hello ,


was tring to update my intune I-1000-DCX

but during the update the device goes to Preparing and gives on the PC the following

" Expection Processing Message C0000013 Parameters 75b6f7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c "


Please help me to fix that

the file lives on the drive called intune, simply use the attach option below to add it to the post.
