04 Cobra Predator problem

Good days guys recently purchased an 04 cobra with the basics exhaust,tune and intake. I'm gonna be swapping on a smaller pulley soon along with a few other upgrades, my problem is the original predator tuner was stolen and currently has a "canned" 91 octane tune flashed on it. So I picked up another predator unlocked, so my question is will this tuner work on the car ? Will it treat the current tune on there as the "original backup" just wanna make sure as I don't wanna toast my ecu or render the tuner useless.

unfortunately, in this situation, the only suggestion would be to go to the dealer for a flash back to factory settings.
